FANSIGN DETAILS

• This benefit is an add-on experience and does not include admission to the concert or any VIP benefits on its own. You must first purchase the VIP Package for the same city in order to access the LP Fansign benefit.
• Purchases made without a valid VIP Package will be automatically cancelled without notice.
• Each fan is allowed a maximum of 2 fansign entries. Orders exceeding the limit will be partially or fully cancelled.
• Fansigns take place in person at the venue prior to the concert and allow you one (1) Club Icarus LP plus entry to the Fansign zone.
• Your digital ticket will be emailed to you in 24-48 business hours after purchase. Please register it using the name exactly as it appears on your ID and download it. It will be scanned at the event, so make sure to keep it saved.
• More details and specific instructions will be sent via email one week prior to your event.

※ Do not share your generated digital tickets or confirmation codes with anyone else. Only one scan per ticket is allowed.

GUIDELINES

• No physical contact is allowed.
• Fans must sit across from the artists at the designated area.
• Only item allowed for fansign is the provided LP.
• No screen recording or filming is permitted.
• Any violation of these guidelines may result in the fan being banned from the event.
  

REFUNDS & RETURNS

• All LP Fansign sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
• This benefit is non-transferable and tied to the original ticket holder. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket name is required at check-in.
