1. Service Policy

1.1 General Terms

By purchasing from this store, customers agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Service Policy. The provisions regarding shipping, cancellations, and payment processing should be reviewed prior to completing a purchase.

1.2 Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are processed within five (5) business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping timeframes vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and are subject to carrier estimates.

  • The store is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, and any transit delays will be reflected accordingly in tracking updates.

  • International customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with their country’s customs regulations. Any customs-specific requirements must be noted at checkout to facilitate proper clearance.

  • Express shipping is not available.

  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

1.3 Pre-Orders

  • Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis, as indicated on the respective product listing.

  • Payment for pre-orders is processed at the time of purchase.

  • If unforeseen delays occur, customers will be notified via email with updated shipping estimates.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless specified otherwise.

1.4 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

1.5 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the Refunds & Returns Policy.

  • Exchanges are not permitted.

1.6 Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other verified payment gateways.

  • Shopify employs a 3D Secure checkout process, which may require the customer to verify their purchase through their banking institution.

  • In the event of a chargeback dispute, the store reserves the right to provide transaction verification, shipping confirmation, and proof of delivery to contest fraudulent claims.

  • Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions or denial of future purchases.

1.7 Customer Support

  • Inquiries are responded to Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM PT.

  • Customer support is unavailable on weekends and national holidays.

  • Responses are typically provided within 24 hours during business days.

  • The following payment methods are accepted: 

    • PayPal (including PayPal Pay Later, where available)

  • Shopify does not retain full payment details, and transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS security protocols.

  • All orders are charged at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) and alternative offline payment methods are not supported.

1.9 Age Restrictions & Prohibited Use

  • Certain products may have age restrictions, which will be explicitly stated in their respective product descriptions.

  • The following activities are strictly prohibited: 

    • Unauthorized resale of products.

    • Unauthorized modification, replication, or reproduction of merchandise.
