This benefit is an add-on experience and does not include admission to the concert or any VIP benefits on its own. You must first purchase the VIP Package for the same city in order to access the 1:1 Photo Op benefit.
Purchases made without a valid VIP Package will be automatically cancelled without notice.
Each fan is allowed a maximum of 4 photo ops per member. Orders exceeding the limit will be partially or fully cancelled.
1:1 Photo Ops take place in person at the venue and allow you to take a one-on-one photo with the selected member(s) using your own smartphone.
Your digital ticket will be emailed to you in 24-48 business hours after purchase. Please register it using the name exactly as it appears on your ID and download it. It will be scanned at the event, so make sure to keep it saved.
More details and specific instructions will be sent via email one week prior to your event.

※ Do not share your generated digital tickets or confirmation codes with anyone else. Only one scan per ticket is allowed.

No physical contact is allowed.
Fans must sit on a stool while the artist stands beside them.
Staff may decline any pose, gesture, or prop request at their discretion.
No screen recording or filming is permitted.
Any violation of these guidelines may result in the fan being banned from the event.

All 1:1 Photo Op sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
This benefit is non-transferable and tied to the original VIP ticket holder. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the VIP ticket name is required at check-in.
