All VIP ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
VIP packages are non-transferable. While you may resell your ticket privately, entry is only granted to the original purchaser listed on the ticket. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket is required at check-in.
If the name on the ID does not match the VIP ticket, access will be denied.
